The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, a major political event of the Party, the State and the people, is drawing very near. In a solemn and upbeat atmosphere looking towards the Congress, authorised forces have been actively and synchronously carrying out their tasks with the highest sense of responsibility, in a proactive, coordinated and scientific manner, ensuring that the Congress is held safely and with solemnity.

Party General Secretary To Lam chaired a working session with standing members of subcommittees for the 14th Party Congress on September 25 to give opinions on finalising the draft documents to be submitted to the congress.
