Doan Minh Huan, Politburo member and Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, received Khamphao Ernthavanh, Lao Ambassador to Viet Nam in Ha Noi on February 2, during which the two sides reviewed the strong Viet Nam–Laos relationship and discussed cooperation in diverse areas.
