Trang An, a symbol of harmony between conservation and development, is emerging as a global heritage brand, asserting Ninh Bình’s position on the international tourism map.

The park, the first one in Viet Nam to be recognised as a Ramsar site — a wetland site designated to be of international importance under the Ramsar Convention, is often dubbed as the “international bird station.”

As one of the largest natural bird gardens in the North, Thung Nham Bird Garden, located within the Thung Nham Ecotourism Area, Nam Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province, has become an attractive destination for domestic and international visitors.

Bai Dinh Pagoda in Ninh Binh Province has been honoured with the Travellers’ Choice Award from TripAdvisor as an outstanding destination with a green tick, indicating the site's remarkable credibility among international visitors.
