Since July 31, Ho Chi Minh City has officially implemented non-local administrative procedures for 1,182 procedures at the department and sector level and 154 procedures at the commune level. This marks a significant breakthrough in administrative reform, playing an important role in advancing the construction of a digital government aimed at serving the people more effectively.
