After one year of implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on making breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, an important shift has emerged: science and technology are beginning to “flow” more deeply into businesses through technology transfer contracts, concrete investment projects and end-to-end cooperation models.

The Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications, Education and Mass Mobilisation on August 21 in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Viet Nam Union of Science and Technology Associations, and the Hai Phong Party Committee jointly organised the conference entitled “Breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation to promote Viet Nam’s socio-economic development.”
