Nguyen Thi Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly (NA) attended the inauguration ceremony of the second phase of the vegetable oil plant of Dabaco Viet Nam Group, at Tan Chi Industrial Cluster (Tan Chi Commune, Bac Ninh Province), on March 21.
