PM appoints new leader for Viet Nam's top science academy
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a conference in Ha Noi on March 12 to hand over his decision appointing member of the Party Central Committee and Standing Vice President of the Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) Prof. Dr Tran Hong Thai as its President.
