Speaking at the event, Vice President Xuan commended the remarkable achievements of the voluntary blood donation movement over the past 30 years.

She expressed deep appreciation for the Ministry of Health, the Viet Nam Red Cross Society, local authorities, organisations, and individuals whose efforts have helped popularise voluntary blood donation nationwide, leading to meaningful and lasting results.

She underscored that public health care and maintaining a stable, high-quality blood supply for medical needs must remain priorities for the health sector.

To further advance these efforts, she called for strengthened communication campaigns and enhanced coordination with local communities to inspire and spread the stories of kindness and generosity within the movement.

While expressing gratitude to the exemplary blood donors, Vice President Xuan encouraged them to continue fostering a spirit of compassion and humanitarian action in society.

She hoped that their dedication would inspire more individuals to participate in voluntary blood donation, helping to build a sustainable and deeply rooted culture of giving.
