With the theme "Together we continue to write the story of peace", Viet Nam Summer Camp 2025 conveys a message to the young generation of Viet Nam, especially young overseas Vietnamese, with the hope that they will stand alongside the country, strengthen solidarity, and together develop the country in the era of integration and innovation.

In her opening speech, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang emphasized Viet Nam Summer Camp 2025 with the theme "Together we continue to write the story of peace" is a message to the young generation of Vietnamese, especially the young generation of Vietnamese people abroad, with the hope that they will accompany the country, strengthen solidarity and together bring the country to rise strongly in the era of integration and innovation.
Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang hopes that after this journey, the children will bring with them precious memories, beautiful friendships and above all, a deep love for their homeland Viet Nam, always ready to contribute to building a world of peace, solidarity and humanity.

Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai expressed his honor when Dak Lak was chosen as the starting locality for the Viet Nam Summer Camp 2025 journey. At the same time, he also expressed his appreciation for the noble gesture of the delegation when presenting practical gifts to disadvantaged households in Tuor B village, Ea Na commune, considering this not only as material help but also as a warm spiritual gift, expressing compassion and sincere feelings, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual love.
Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee believes that with their youth, knowledge and aspirations, young people and overseas Vietnamese delegates will become a bridge connecting Viet Nam with the world, becoming messengers spreading the message of peace, cooperation and development, bringing with them beautiful memories and deep love for their homeland after the Summer Camp.
On behalf of 110 young overseas Vietnamese attending the Viet Nam Summer Camp 2025, Nguyen Duc Minh (20 years old, overseas Vietnamese from the Russian Federation) shared that this summer camp is not a vacation but rather a journey of connection. I learned a lot, not only from the places I visited, but also from the people sitting here - young Vietnamese people all over the world."
Duc Minh expressed his gratitude and pride at participating in the program, and affirmed that, although living abroad, young overseas Vietnamese always look to their homeland and want to learn more about the culture and history of their homeland.

In an exciting atmosphere, filled with flags and flowers and full of youthful enthusiasm, overseas Vietnamese delegates, along with artists and young people in Dak Lak, performed special performances imbued with the cultural characteristics of their homeland where they live and study. This is an opportunity to strengthen the spirit of solidarity, contributing to fostering the close connection between the overseas Vietnamese community and the homeland.
Viet Nam Summer Camp 2025 takes place from July 13 to 26 in many localities across the three regions of the North, Central and South with many rich activities such as paying tribute to ancestors and heroic fallen soldiers; meeting and exchanging between overseas Vietnamese youth with each other and with domestic youth; learning about the history, culture, and traditional customs of the nation; visiting scenic spots, tangible and intangible culture of Viet Nam.
The theme and activities of this year's Summer Camp aim to commemorate and honour important historical milestones of the country such as: commemorating the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025); commemorating the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025); commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and looking ahead to the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
