Viet Nam’s leaders congratulate newly appointed leaders of Germany and Togo

On the occasion of the appointment of new leaders in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Togo, President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh have sent congratulatory messages and letters.

On May 8, President Luong Cuong extended a congratulatory message to Jean-Lucien Savi de Tové on the occasion of his inauguration as President of the Republic of Togo.

On the same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a message of congratulations to Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé upon his assumption of office as President of the Council of Ministers of Togo.

Also on May 8, on the occasion of Friedrich Merz’s election as Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory letter.

On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son extended his congratulations to Johann Wadephul on his election as Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany.
