Vietnamese Embassy congratulates Lao people in Russia on Bunpimay Festival
A delegation from the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia, led by Chargé d'Affaires Le Dac Quan, visited the Lao Embassy on April 12 to congratulate the Lao people on their New Year festival, Bunpimay, which falls on April 14-16.
