Decorating Vietnamese conical hats is a meaningful and culturally rich activity.
In addition to expressing their creativity through this activity, the students took the opportunity to learn about and honour a traditional cultural symbol of Vietnam.
The conical hat is a familiar image to the Vietnamese people. It is not only a tool for shielding from the sun and rain but also a symbol of grace and simplicity.
Each student had 10 minutes to decorate their conical hat.
