The project has a total area of 2.71 ha, including nearly 7,000 m2 to build the Children’s Cultural Palace, nearly 4,000 m2 to build a square, nearly 11,000 m2 to build a sports and green area, and over 5,000 m2 to build traffic works.
The project will include facilities such as a theatre, classrooms, a sports hall, a cluster of sports courts, an outdoor swimming pool, a square, a children’s play area, and others.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan affirmed, that this is an important project, serving as a place to host community, sports and entertainment activities, as well as a centre to teach art and physical subjects for children.
The project is expected to be completed in 2025, with the funds sourced from the State budget.
At the ceremony, Khanh Hoa Provincial Development Project Management Board, Khanh Hoa Youth Union and Khanh Hoa Children’s Centre presented 20 gifts to outstanding students in difficult circumstances.
