The Thanh Da Industrial Cluster covers a total area of more than 8.1 hectares in Thanh Da Commune, Phuc Tho District.

The project has a total cost of about 250 billion VND (nearly 10.7 million USD), financed by the Long Bien Corporation Joint Stock Company.

Phuc Tho District has now seven trade villages with thousands of facilities, which are great potential for industrial and handicraft development.

Two industrial clusters, with a total area of 28.7 hectares, were put into operation. However, the demand for premises for craft facilities is still very large and Thanh Da Industrial Cluster will contribute to solving this problem.

The operation of the industrial cluster is expected to promote the socio-economic development of Phuc Tho District in particular and the capital city in general.
