A dazzling New Year’s light and music concert

Last weekend, the August Revolution Square in front of the Ha Noi Opera House shone brightly in a space of music and light, where thousands of Ha Noi residents and tourists shared the same emotions at the New Year’s Light Concert 2026, organized by the Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with the Ha Noi People’s Committee.

This event celebrates the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

As the melodies resonated, combined with modern lighting effects illuminating the ancient architecture of the Grand Theatre, the entire square lit up, vibrant and lively. Music connected and harmonised the community’s emotions. More than just an artistic evening, the Light Concert also carried profound political and social significance, celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, while simultaneously sending a message of faith, unity, and the nation’s aspiration for progress in this new stage of development.

The free entry to the public further affirmed the spirit of serving the community, bringing art closer to people’s lives. Continuing a series of impactful cultural activities, the programme once again demonstrated the role of the Nhan Dan Newspaper in creating inspiring community cultural spaces, contributing to spreading patriotism and strengthening the people’s faith in the Party and the bright future of the nation.
