Deputy PM Tran Hong Ha attends Great National Unity Festival in Ha Tinh Province

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha shared joy with locals at the Great National Unity Festival in Ha Trieu Village, Khanh Vinh Yen Commune, Can Loc District, in the central province of Ha Tinh, on November 11.

The Deputy PM also attended an inauguration ceremony of Kim Song Truong Kindergarten in the commune of the same name, Can Loc District, as well as presented gifts to teachers and students at Son Chau Primary School, Son Chau Commune, Huong Son District.

Attending the Great National Unity Festival in Ha Trieu Village of Khanh Vinh Yen Commune, Deputy PM Tran Hong Ha expressed his pleasure at the changes in the locality.

He expressed his hope that the officials and people of Ha Trieu Village and Khanh Vinh Yen Commune would continue to uphold their tradition to promote socio-economic development and care for the locals’ material and spiritual lives.

The Deputy PM asked the Party Committees, authorities and Fatherland Fronts at all levels to promote the implementation of patriotic campaigns and emulation movements; care for the locals, especially those who are living in difficulties; pay attention to preserving and promoting the cultural values of the locality; and firmly consolidate the great national unity bloc, towards ensuring security and order in the locality.

On the occasion, the Deputy PM presented ten great solidarity houses, as well as many other gifts to households facing difficult circumstances, in Khanh Vinh Yen Commune.

Visiting and congratulating teachers and students of Son Chau Primary School on the occasion of the 41st anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 – 2023), Deputy PM Tran Hong Ha highly valued the efforts and achievements that the teachers and students of the school have gained over the past years.

He expressed his wishes that the teachers of Son Chau Primary School and those from Huong Son District and Ha Tinh Province would continue to improve their capacity, quality and morality to make more contributions to the education career of the country.

The Deputy PM also asked the relevant ministers, agencies and Ha Tinh governments to ensure remuneration for teachers to feel secure in their work.

On the occasion, businesses and individuals presented ten great unity houses to Huong Son District, five computers to Son Chau Primary School and gifts to outstanding students who are living in difficult circumstances in Son Chau Primary School.

On the same day, Deputy PM Tran Hong Ha and the working delegation paid tribute to fallen soldiers at Nam Martyrs’ Cemetery in Huong Son District.
