This is one of the 12 main nationwide hubs of the ground-breaking and technical traffic opening ceremony for projects and works celebrating the 14th National Party Congress, and is also a privately invested project launched in the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development on this occasion.
The Investment Project on the Development of Infrastructure of the Que Vo II Industrial Park – Phase 2 is invested by Nhan Dat Tien Limited Liability Company, and was approved by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 640/QD-TTg dated May 4, 2021. The project has a scale of more than 277 ha in Phu Lang Commune, Bac Ninh Province, with a total investment of nearly 3,000 billion VND. It is expected that by June 2026, the investor will hand over land to secondary investors.
Nguyen Thi Hoa, Chairwoman of Nhan Dat Tien Limited Liability Company and the project investor, said that with a leading strategic location advantage in the northern region, being located directly on National Highway 18 and directly connected to the key expressway network, the Que Vo II Industrial Park Project – Phase 2 is scientifically and modernly planned, comprising factory land and warehouses; an administrative–service centre; green spaces and transport; water surface systems and synchronous technical infrastructure. The production area allows a construction density of 70% and a maximum height of nine storeys, suitable for high-tech industry, supporting industries, logistics and smart manufacturing.
“The industrial park is oriented towards development under a modern, green and sustainable model in line with international standards, ready to welcome investors in high-tech industry, clean industry and smart manufacturing. After the ground-breaking ceremony, we will concentrate all resources on accelerating infrastructure construction so as to be able to hand over land to secondary investors in June 2026,” Ms Nguyen Thi Hoa, the project investor, committed.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Pham Hoang Son emphasised that with favourable geo-economic positioning and increasingly synchronous and modern inter-regional transport infrastructure, located within the “production–technology belt” surrounding the Capital Ha Noi, Bac Ninh is becoming one of the localities with a high level of integration into global technology supply chains in the ASEAN region. It is not only an attractive destination for global corporations in the electronics and semiconductor sectors but also an important regional linkage node.
Affirming that the ground-breaking of the Que Vo II Industrial Park Project – Phase 2 is of particularly important significance, helping to expand industrial development space, meet demand for new investment projects, and contribute to completing the industrial park infrastructure system in a synchronous and modern manner associated with sustainable development, the Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee requested that the investor and consulting and construction units maximise resources, organise construction in a scientific and synchronous manner, ensure quality, labour safety, aesthetics and environmental protection, complete the project on schedule, and soon put it into operation and use.
At the same time, they should proactively coordinate with the province’s functional agencies to ensure synchronous infrastructure connectivity; develop plans to attract secondary investors, prioritising large-scale, environmentally friendly projects in high technology and precision technology that make positive contributions to the value chain.
Son expressed confidence that the Que Vo II Industrial Park Project – Phase 2 will soon be completed on schedule, creating a new bright spot in industrial development and making an important contribution to Bac Ninh’s socio-economic development process.
