Concluding the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son highly appreciated the efforts of ministries, sectors, and localities to promote the signing and implementation of commitments and agreements with partners over the past time; emphasised that the signing of commitments, agreements, and cooperation projects on the occasion of high-level foreign affairs activities is a vivid demonstration of the success of foreign affairs activities, affirming the role of foreign affairs in mobilising international resources to serve the country's socio-economic development, while deepening relations with partners.

He requested that ministries, sectors, and localities promote the "culture of implementation" of commitments, agreements, and cooperation projects, especially key and symbolic projects, and assign tasks to more promptly and effectively implement commitments and agreements immediately after signing.
