The entries covered various fields, ranging from equitable education, community health and prosperity, poverty eradication to clean energy, sustainable business and responsible consumption and production.

The finalists were sorted based on commitment, sustainability, creativity, impact, and inspiration criteria.

Some finalised projects have been implemented for several years, with outcomes illustrated through convincing figures and having great potential to further develop in scale and impact in the near future.

In addition to small-scale projects from individuals, this year’s event also attracted the participation of large projects from businesses with a vision of responsibility to the community.

Finalist representatives presented their projects to a panel of 12 independent judges, who will determine the winners.

Themed ‘Creative Community’, the 2024 Human Act Prize is jointly held by Nhan Dan (People) newspaper in collaboration with VCCorp Joint Stock Company. It aims to honour and promote projects for the community, as well as recognise worthy organisations, businesses and individuals who are making efforts to contribute to society.
