According to an independent analysis by Great Place to Work, the company has an employee satisfaction rate of up to 81%.
The analysis was based on five factors in building a workplace culture, namely credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
A survey by Great Place to Work shows that over 95% of employees acknowledge the company’s efforts to create a friendly, fair working environment that quickly recognises employee contributions and respects individual differences.
In the Philippines, FPT Software has two offices in Cebu and Manila, with 750 seats for its employees, 99% of which are residents.
