At the meeting, the Inspection Commission of the Central Military Commission reviewed and deliberated proposals for the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission to impose disciplinary measures against officers and Party members who had violated State laws and military regulations.

The Inspection Commission of the Central Military Commission voted to recommend that the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence impose disciplinary measures on the offending individuals, ensuring the process is rigorous and strictly adheres to established principles, procedures, and regulations.
In his concluding remarks at the session, and in accordance with Party and military regulations, General Nguyen Trong Nghia thoroughly analysed the nature and severity of the violations committed by each individual. General Nghia affirmed that the proposed disciplinary measures were strict, yet reasonable, humane, and fully compliant with Party procedures and regulations. The Standing Board of the Central Military Commission’s Inspection Commission must urgently finalise the relevant documents and report them to the Standing Board of the Central Military Commission.
In light of the requirement to build a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern military, General Nguyen Trong Nghia urged military inspection personnel to heighten their sense of responsibility, actively study and thoroughly grasp the situation, and proactively advise the Inspection Commission of the Central Military Commission and the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission on enhancing the quality and effectiveness of inspection, supervision, and the enforcement of Party discipline, thereby contributing to building a clean, robust, and exemplary Military Party Organisation.
