Speaking at the session, Thang urged the school to continue focusing on fully implementing the contents of Scheme No. 11-DA/TU (dated June 18, 2026) issued by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee regarding the development of the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School through 2030 and beyond.
He noted that the scheme represents a development strategy and plan for a long-term period; therefore, the school must strictly adhere to its contents, clearly assign duties and responsibilities, and define specific accountabilities and deadlines for each objective and task outlined in the scheme.
Emphasising the task of comprehensively innovating training curricula, scientific research, and the synthesis of practical experience, he stated that the school must align closely with the city’s tasks. These should be integrated into teaching, research, material compilation, and scientific activities to achieve better results.
He also directed the school to build a faculty that is sufficient in number, meets established standards, and strives for even higher quality. Furthermore, the school needs to prioritize the application of science, technology, and digital transformation, aiming to develop the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School into a “smart political school”model.
