From February 2 to 13, 2026, the First Spring Fair in 2026 will take place at the Viet Nam Exhibition Centre (VEC) (Dong Anh commune, Ha Noi). The event is organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade under the theme “Connecting Prosperity – Welcoming a Glorious Spring”.

This is an important national trade promotion event aimed at stimulating domestic consumption, meeting Tet shopping demand, and offering cultural experiences to the public and tourists.

At the Spring Fair, Ha Noi will organise a promotional and showcase space for representative products under the theme “Tet Reunion” in Hall 8 of the Kim Quy Exhibition Area at the Viet Nam Exhibition Centre.

The “Tet Reunion” zone of Ha Noi covers an area of approximately 9,500 square metres and is divided into several sections, including: a space for displaying and introducing representative commercial products; a space for introducing and promoting OCOP products; a space for displaying and introducing handicraft products and traditional craft villages; and a space for introducing and experiencing traditional Tet culture.

Associations, enterprises, cooperatives, artisans, production establishments and craft villages across the Capital will display products such as fashion items, leather and footwear, processed foods, beverages, household goods, OCOP products, handicrafts and traditional craft village products (such as mother-of-pearl inlay, lacquerware, bamboo and rattan weaving, and gilded lacquerwork).

In addition to product displays, the “Tet Reunion” space also focuses on recreating the atmosphere of traditional Tet through distinctive cultural experience activities.

Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy calligraphy art, request calligraphy at the start of the year, watch couplet-writing performances, and take part in traditional activities such as making chung cakes and day cakes, pounding pork paste, and moulding to he figurines. Artisans and skilled craftsmen will directly demonstrate traditional techniques, contributing to the honouring of craft village cultural values.

Through the “Tet Reunion” space, Ha Noi also introduces traditional costumes, Tet cuisine, the art of flower trimming and flower arrangement, the display of five-fruit trays and Tet feasts, combined with decorative vignettes and models imbued with spring colours. This is not only a shopping destination, but also a cultural space where traditional values are preserved and spread in modern life.

According to leaders of the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade, organising the “Tet Reunion” space at the First Spring Fair will help promote activities to publicise and introduce representative commercial products, OCOP products, handicrafts and traditional craft village products that bear the distinctive marks, brands and traditions of the Capital and other regions to residents and visitors.

At the same time, it will create conditions for enterprises to have more opportunities to introduce and promote their brands and products, develop domestic consumption markets, and enhance their responsibility towards consumers.

Notably, all products displayed are high-quality, distinctive and representative items favoured by consumers. The Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade will inspect and control the products of participating enterprises to ensure that there are no counterfeit, imitation or substandard goods.
