State President Luong Cuong attends the 50th anniversary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic’s National Day (December 2, 1975 –2025) and the 105th birth anniversary of Chairman Kaysone Phomvihane (December 13, 1920 – 2025), held in Ha Noi on November 27.
