The Central Military Commission for the 2025-2030 term convened its third conference, in Ha Noi, on September 30. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission, attended and delivered guidance at the conference.

The conference also saw the presence of Politburo members and standing members of the commission: Prime Minister Le Minh Hung, National Assembly President Tran Thanh Man, and Standing Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam has called on the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security to shift strongly from “responding to security threats” to “effective forecasting, prevention and shaping.”
