Infographic: 13th Party Central Committee Secretariat

At the 8th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, Head of the Commission for External Relations Le Hoai Trung was elected to the Secretariat. The Secretariat now includes 11 members, some elected by the Central Committee and some appointed by the Politburo.
