The letter underscored the decisive role of the Communist Party of Viet Nam in the country’s development and progress, as well as in ensuring stability and prosperity for the Vietnamese people.
It also conveyed satisfaction with the positive development of Azerbaijan–Viet Nam relations, which were elevated to a strategic partnership in 2025 during the state visit by the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam to Azerbaijan. In addition, cooperation between the New Azerbaijan Party and the Communist Party of Viet Nam was highlighted as an important component of bilateral relations.
The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Viet Nam is pleased to announce that Tahir Budagov, deputy chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) and head of YAP's Central Office, will pay a visit to Viet Nam from January 26 to 31, 2026.
To welcome the visit by the senior leader of the New Azerbaijan Party following the Party Congress, the Embassy will host an official reception and has respectfully extended invitations to senior representatives of the Vietnamese Government and Party, as well as partner agencies.
Earlier, the ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Viet Nam attended the opening and closing ceremonies of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.
