Briefly introducing the organisational structure and publishing activities of Xinhua News Agency, Zhao Yue said that Nhan Dan Newspaper and Xinhua News Agency have many similar tasks, and can strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences in information and communication in various fields, including Party building.

A representative of Xinhua News Agency said that within the framework of the recent visit to China by General Secretary and President To Lam, Xinhua News Agency and Vietnam News Agency signed a professional cooperation agreement between the two national news agencies.

Accordingly, the two sides can cooperate in exchanging delegations and sharing information.

Xinhua News Agency is ready to share and provide services and products if Nhan Dan Newspaper has a need.

Agreeing with the proposal of the Xinhua representative, Que Dinh Nguyen shared his hope that the two sides would cooperate to convey more information about the country and people of Vietnam, as well as the policies and guidelines of the party and government of both countries.

Nhan Dan Newspaper also hopes to expand bilateral cooperation to a number of other areas such as publishing organisation, professional exchange, technology transfer, and digital transformation training.

At the meeting, the two sides also agreed to strengthen coordination in information and propaganda about investment plans and activities of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, as well as support information and promote products of Vietnamese enterprises to Chinese enterprises.
