Welcoming the Pasaxon Newspaper delegation to visit and work, Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Editor-in-chief of the Nhan Dan Newspaper, Vice Chairman of the PCC’s Commission for Information and Education, and Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association, said that the delegation's working trip took place at the right time as Vietnam just celebrated the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and was looking forward to the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi.
Briefly introducing the development of Nhan Dan Newspaper in recent years, Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh said that all publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper, from print to electronic newspapers, television channels, etc., have been strongly innovated to get closer to all classes of people, especially the youth.
Recently, Nhan Dan Newspaper has regularly launched supplements, special pages, and topics in print, electronic and television newspapers, clearly demonstrating the newspaper's development strategy towards in-depth journalism and data journalism, he said, adding that on Nhan Dan Online, Vietnam-Laos specialised knowledge is constantly updated and supplemented with information about the special solidarity relationship between the two parties, states and peoples.

Thanking Nhan Dan Newspaper for the sincere and respectful reception for the working delegation, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper Syvanh Homsayadeth said that this is the first working delegation of the mouthpiece of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party to visit, work and train at Nhan Dan Newspaper after the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the meeting, Syvanh Homsayadeth once again expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Nhan Dan Newspaper for donating a new electronic newspaper system to Pasaxon Newspaper, including a new interface and a modern and complete content management system.
He noted that the new electronic newspaper system of Pasaxon Newspaper is operating effectively and witnessing a surge in traffic. Many units in departments, ministries, branches and local press agencies have proposed visiting Pasaxon Newspaper to learn about this new system. Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper said that these are achievements that clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of cooperation between the two newspapers in recent times.
Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh said that Nhan Dan Newspaper is using the most modern electronic newspaper system in Vietnam and wishes to hand over a similar modern system to Pasaxon Newspaper. “Nhan Dan Newspaper wishes to give the best to our Lao friends,” Minh affirmed.
