Over 13,000 officers and soldiers participate in general rehearsal for National Reunification Day

On April 16, the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Public Security organised a general rehearsal for 36 armed forces participating in the parade celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day at Bien Hoa Airport, Dong Nai Province.

General Nguyen Tan Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, and Deputy Minister of National Defence chaired the event.

At the beginning of the general rehearsal, the aircraft formations towed the Party flags and the national flags flying in the sky of Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
