The 31-year-old Tunisian athlete dominated the event and also set a new world record of 10.55.
This is Tlili's fifth Paralympic gold after claiming gold titles at Beijing 2008 (discus throw), London 2012 (shot put) and Rio 2016 - where she won both in shot put and discus throw. Tlili also has two silver medals under her belt.
Meanwhile, other world records tumbled in the F41 shot put finals. Mayerli Ariza Buitrago of Colombia took silver in her Paralympic debut after scoring 9.94 which is a new area record whilst Antonella Ruiz Diaz of Argentina picked up bronze with a new Paralympic record at 9.50
Xia Zhou defends title in women's 100m - T35 and breaks world record
China’s Xia Zhou won the women's 100m - T35 event in style after breaking a previous world record set by Aussie Isis Holt in 2017.
The Rio 2016 gold medallist can now boast two gold medals in the event, as she is going to compete in the women's 200m - T35 final on 29 August where she is also the reigning Paralympic champion.
Meanwhile Isis Holt clocked in 13.13 to secure silver (an area record) and Great Britain's Maria Lyle finished a season's best at 14.15.
Herbert Aceituno wins first Paralympic medal for El Salvador

Herbert Aceituno made history today by winning the first Paralympic medal for El Salvador, which automatically makes him one of the great sports greats of Central America.
His bronze medal, obtained in the -59 kg powerlifting category behind China's QI Yongkai and Sherif Osman from Egypt, was the culmination of a long and illustrious athletic career.
Aceituno had a meteoric rise in the sport. He is the first Salvadoran powerlifter who has participated in a Paralympic Games (Rio 2016) and had made his mark right through the Parapan American Games of Lima 2019 where he won the gold medal that made his victory preevered
