The videoconferencing is connected to all centrally-run cities and provinces nationwide.

It draws leaders of ministries, ministry-level agencies, Government-run and relevant central agencies, representatives from the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee, Party Central Committee’s commissions, National Assembly committees and socio-political organisations, as well as leaders of localities and youngsters across the nation.

According to Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra, the dialogue shows the Party and State’s great attention and responsibility to the youth. It aims to give a chance for youngsters to speak out their proposals and aspirations, enabling the Government to roll out solutions to settle difficulties facing them, ensuring the rights and interests of the youth in the building and implementation of policies and laws relating to them.

During the dialogue, participants will focus on the realisation of the Party’s orientations and policies and State's laws regarding the youth, the role and responsibilities of the youth in the country’s socio-economic development amid the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and proposals of the youth and response from the Government.

At the event, together with the Prime Minister, representatives from the Ministry of Home Affairs and a number of ministries and central agencies will answer to opinions and requests from the youth.
