Talking with teachers and children of Mang Den Kindergarten, the Prime Minister expressed his pleasure at the spacious and clean facilitates and interesting lessons.
The PM asked the Kon Plong District authorities to make efforts to supplement the facilities for the kindergarten and teachers to innovate their teaching methods.
He also said that the province and district should review and restructure the contingent of teachers, foster knowledge for teachers, and provide training courses for service staff to meet the requirements of taking care of children as well as add qualified teachers.

For the upcoming new academic year, PM Chinh required the school and teachers to prepare the classrooms and innovate the teaching plan on the basis of inheriting the positive aspects. In addition, the teachers need to regularly cultivate and promote positivity and take care of children by their hearts.

On the same day, PM Pham Minh Chinh inspect the process of the Quang Ngai - Kon Tum Expressway construction project, the construction of Mang Den Airport, the plan for the development of the Mang Den eco-tourism area, and the plan for the development of wind powers which are located in Tan Lap Commune, Kon Ray District.

The PM noted that the study and construction of the section of Quang Ngai - Kon Tum Expressway through Mang Den Town should run the new route, thereby opening new development space.
After the inspection, PM Pham Minh Chinh chaired a meeting with a number of ministries, agencies, and leaders of Kon Tum Province to discuss the above projects.
He stressed that it is crucial to find a way for Kon Tum to develop rapidly and sustainably to overcome poverty as well as implement the Politburo’s Resolution No.08-NQ/TW on developing tourism into a spearhead industry and Resolution No.23-NQ/TW on the development of the Central Highlands.

The Government leader noted that the master plan should bring into full play the distinct potential, outstanding opportunities, and competitive advantages of Mang Den Town to remove the limitations and inadequacies.
PM Chinh asked Kon Tum Province to develop all kinds of infrastructure, including transportation infrastructure (airports, highways), cultural infrastructure and educational infrastructure. The development must ensure the factors related to green and circular economies, digital economy, sharing economy, forest development in the city, and city development in the forest.
The PM asked Kon Tum Provincial authorities to assign a Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to head a working group for Mang Den’s development.
Visiting Kon Pring Village’s Cultural House in Mang Den Town, PM Chinh expressed his hope that the Party committees and authorities at all levels would always take care and create sustainable and long-term livelihoods for local people and protect their legitimate rights and interests.

The PM stated that this is an important area in terms of national security, defence, and religion, so there are still reactionary organisations to oppose. It is essential to build a solid people-based defence and security posture, so the relevant agencies should focus on stabilising people's lives and preserving and promoting cultural values, especially gong culture.

He noted that the locals must unite and share with each other and be vigilant so that they are not taken advantage of by bad people.
