Long Bien Wholesale Market in Hanoi has reopened from 0:00 on October 21 following a decision from the People’s Committee of Phuc Xa Ward, Ba Dinh District, after more than two months under blockade due to COVID-19 cases.

All traders operating at the market must have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine while signing a commitment on complying with measures on the pandemic prevention and control.

The market management board also issued QR codes to those operating at the market to facilitate entry and exit and the control of the pandemic.
