Party General Secretary and State President To Lam on April 10 requested Military Region 3 to firmly grasp the situation and provide timely and accurate strategic advice for the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defence, helping maintain a peaceful and stable environment for national development.

A delegation of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence, led by General Phan Van Giang, paid visits, presented gifts, and expressed gratitude to former leaders of the Party, state, and armed forces on December 20, on the occasion of the 81st founding anniversary of the Viet Nam People's Army (VPA) and the 36th anniversary of the All-People Defence Festival.

State President Luong Cuong on October 28 attended and delivered a keynote speech at a ceremony marking the 80th traditional day of the traditional day of the armed forces of Military Region 3 (October 31, 1945 – 2025).

The armed forces of Military Region 4 have remained a trusted political pillar and loyal combat unit of the Party, the State, and the people, ready to take on and excel in any assigned mission, Party General Secretary To Lam said on October 12.
