On December 23, in Ha Noi, the Faculty of Communication and External Culture of the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam, in coordination with photographer Nguyen A, organised a seminar and photo exhibition in Ha Noi under the theme “80 Years – A Confident Viet Nam”.
A photo exhibition opened on December 16 in Quang Ninh Province, marking the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and Cuba (December 2, 1960 –2025).
