Accordingly, the two sides will coordinate to promote and introduce images, people and tourism of Vietnam to the world; contributing to the creation of many attractive and high quality products and services suitable to customers’ demand, and providing convenient travel opportunities for Vietnamese people and international tourists, especially in connecting Vietnam with the destinations in the world where Vietjet Air has direct flights.

Many activities will be coordinated and implemented by the two sides, including: promoting communication programmes through media; introducing publications, documents, and market research information; cooperating in international tourism fairs abroad; organising programmes to introduce Vietnamese tourism abroad; and organising destination surveys and domestic tourism events.

The cooperation agreement is considered as a specific effort to contribute to the implementation of the growth plan assigned by the Prime Minister, with the goal of receiving about 18 million international visitors to Vietnam in 2019.

With a network comprising 39 domestic routes and 69 international routes, Vietjet currently operates around 400 flights daily, carrying more than 65 million passengers to date.
