At the Dien Bien Provincial Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan presented 30 scholarships to students facing hardships who have shown determination in their studies. She also gifted a LED screen to the teachers and students of the school, providing them with additional equipment to support teaching and learning.
On the occasion, the Vice President also granted scholarships worth 200 million VND to disadvantaged students in Dien Bien Province.

Speaking at the scholarship presentation ceremony, the vice president praised the perseverance and studious spirit of the students at the Dien Bien Provincial Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities in particular, and of all ethnic minority students in the province, who have continuously striven to achieve good academic results.
She expressed her hope that students in Dien Bien will keep making efforts, study hard, and cultivate good behaviour, always deserving to be dutiful children and excellent pupils of their families and teachers, and later contribute to building their homeland and the nation.

Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan also called on local Party committees, authorities, the education sector, and social organisations in Dien Bien to continue paying attention, providing support, and creating better conditions for disadvantaged students to study, train, and develop comprehensively.
