Video: Ho Chi Minh City renews policies to accelerate growth

From October 15 to November 15, an extensive political campaign to collect feedback on the draft documents for submission to the 14th National Party Congress spread across the entire country and among overseas Vietnamese communities. Millions of earnest opinions were received, reflecting the consensus, trust and collective wisdom of the entire Party, people and army towards the 14th National Party Congress.
