On November 29, the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade organised a meeting in Hanoi to introduce the Vietnam Grand Sale 2023 programme to organisations, businesses and consumers, as well as agencies and media units across the country.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency Le Hoang Tai, said that the programme is built and implemented based on creating a period at the end of the year so that all businesses in all economic sectors and industries in Vietnam can proactively implement promotional programmes.

In particular, the maximum limit on the value of goods and services used for promotion can be up to 100%, depending on the business's choice, instead of being limited to 50% according to regulations.

Businesses build promotional programs with diverse and attractive content and forms to give customers and consumers more opportunities to access quality goods and services at reasonable prices.

Organisations and businesses will coordinate to hold fairs displaying products in the localities to effectively link production with sales, promote domestic sales, develop the domestic market and stimulate the tourism industry.

Businesses will receive promotions up to a limit of 100% from December 4, 2023 to February 9, 2024.

The Vietnam Grand Sale 2023 is expected to continue the success of previous years, helping to increase retail sales of goods and services revenue.
