Of the booths, 150 represented major Vietnamese brands, including SJC, DOJI, PNJ, ZELA, SBJ and UNIQUE and 35 other booths represented overseas businesses from Hong Kong (China), Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the US, amongst others. They all showcased their jewelry products and latest collection of jewelry and gemstones, as well as promoting the machinery and material in the silver and gold jewelry sector.
At the opening ceremony, the organising board presented awards to outstanding works in Golden Craftsmanship and 3D Jewelry Designs Contests.
Additionally, a workshop on ‘Natural Diamonds and other Semi-precious Stones’ were also held on November 2.
The annual event, organised by Saigon Jewelry Company Limited (SJC), aims to create an opportunity for businesses to promote their brands as well as boost trade and investment.
The fair will run until November 5.
