The number of Vietnamese sellers also rose by 40% in the twelve months ending August 31, 2023, which witnessed 17 million Vietnamese products sold to customers worldwide.

According to Amazon, as a dynamic export-based economy with advantages in manufacturing capacity and strong digital transformation, Vietnam has great potential to promote retail export through e-commerce.

Vietnam is an emerging link in the global e-commerce supply chain and many Vietnamese enterprises have joined the growing community of sellers, said Eric Broussard, Amazon’s Vice President for International Seller Services.

He added that this result demonstrates the effective cooperation between Amazon and Vietnam’s small and medium-sized enterprises.

Gijae Seong, chief executive of Amazon Global Selling Vietnam, shared that in the future the company will help Vietnamese sellers innovate and improve their products to meet customers’ demands, build global brands and enhance their presence on the international stage.
