Covering 64 hectares in Phuoc Diem and Ca Na Communes of Thuan Nam District, the project has a total cost of 4.5 trillion VND (190.27 million USD) and will provide housing for more than 9,000 residents.
The new urban area is located near a 827-hectare industrial park, four liquefied natural gas power stations and the Ca Na General Port, which are expected to attract 56,000 workers by 2035.
Ca Na New City boasts a construction density of 30% while 20% of the total area will be reserved for green trees and lakes.
Besides residential properties, the project also features healthcare and beauty centres, children’s playgrounds, exercise zones, schools, shopping centres and car parks.
The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
