* Cambodian security forces on Sunday managed to foil all attempts by extremist opposition forces to instigate riots against the government, National Police's deputy chief and spokesperson Lt. Gen. Chhay Kim Khoeun said.

* Indonesia's President Joko Widodo has inaugurated Bahlil Lahadalia, the former investment minister and his close aide, as the country's new energy minister as part of a cabinet reshuffle, the palace said on Monday.
