Themed ‘The role of education in the career of young people and young intellectuals in the future national construction and sustainable development’, the event was organised on the 94th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - 2025).
During the event, Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi shared the stories and memories from his time studying and working in the former Soviet Union, now Russia.
He emphasised that, in addition to actively studying, students should proactively engage in international exchanges and integration, improve foreign language skills and professional competencies, and participate in international forums and competitions on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
This participation would help them assert their abilities, and qualifications while introducing Vietnamese culture before international friends.
Through the dialogue, Vietnamese youth and students updated themselves on the Vietnamese State’s support policies, helping them clearly define their study and personal development directions for the future.
The young participants also had the opportunity to contribute their ideas and suggestions to facilitate their academic and research activities during their time in Russia.
Outstanding students with excellent academic results in 2024 were also honoured at the event.
