During the ceremony, Pham Anh Linh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cho Lach District, said that following the Cho Lach Cultural-Tourism Village Project’s approval by the Provincial People's Committee, Cho Lach District presided over and coordinated the implementation of the project among provincial departments and branches.

The launch of the Cho Lach Culture-Tourism Village brand identity not only reflects its unique cultural identity but also acts as a powerful tool to help the district introduce and promote the culture, history, people, and landscape of Cho Lach to domestic and international friends.

It will attract more attention and investment from businesses, organisations, and tourists, thus contributing to promoting the district's socio-economic development sustainably.

At the ceremony, the Organising Committee announced the decision to launch an executive board to implement the Cho Lach Cultural and Tourism Village Project. The representative of the Mekong Institute of Science Technology Application and Training also introduced the logo and slogan to identify the brand of Cho Lach Culture-Tourism Village.

On the occasion, representatives of Cho Lach District also implemented a plan to organise the Cho Lach Flower and Ornamental Festival.

Giving a directive speech, Tran Ngoc Tam, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province, requested that relevant provincial departments and branches prioritise supporting Cho Lach District in accelerating the implementation of the project in the coming time.

After the ceremony, delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate district road 35.
