Deputy PM Tran Hong Ha direct completion of three important decrees on land

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha chaired a meeting with ministries, sectors, associations, experts and localities, to discuss the draft Decree regulating the implementation of several articles of the Land Law on June 11.

He appreciated the active participation of ministries, sectors, localities, associations, and experts in building and completing by-law documents, the 2024 Land Law, Real Estate Business Law, and Housing Law, to make the 2024 Land Law take effect from August 1, 2024.

The Deputy PM emphasised that building laws must closely follow reality and solve real problems, so even though it takes time and effort, we will be able to solve difficulties in law enforcement.

The government official also requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with relevant agencies, to receive comments at this meeting to complete the draft Decree regulating the implementation of several articles of the Land Law, to ensure synchronisation and unity and avoid conflicts with other laws.

In addition, he noted that ministries and sectors should urgently review, develop and complete circulars, guiding the implementation of the Decree regulating the implementation of several articles of the Land Law, while closely working with localities in developing and promulgating related documents.
