The Temple of Literature Festival takes place from March 23-25, with ceremonial and festive parts.
The Ha Tinh Temple of Literature Festival aims to restore and promote traditional cultural values, create a space for cultural and religious activities, promote and honour learning, and provide locals and visitors with healthy and useful entertainment activities.
In addition, the festival strengthens propaganda of the benefits and roles of traditional culture and sports in improving the quality of spiritual and cultural life and intellectual health of the people, contributing to preserving national cultural identity.

The participating delegates offered incense to pay tribute to ancestors and cultural celebrities.
The festival also features various attractive activities, including the display of books, newspapers, and photos, a calligraphy writing contest, folk games, a poetry and music festival, and a culinary and OCOP products fair.
