The mission included representatives from EVNGENCO2, the Song Ba Hạ Hydropower Joint Stock Company and the An Khe–Ka Nak Hydropower Company.
In Dak Lak, EVNGENCO2 and Song Ba Hạ Hydropower pledged 5 billion VND (190,000 USD) to the province and an additional 1 billion VND (38,000) for heavily affected communes. In Gia Lai, EVNGENCO2 and An Khe–Ka Nak Hydropower provided 2 billion VND, half of which will go directly to impacted localities.
Provincial officials expressed appreciation for the timely assistance, stressing that funds would be allocated transparently and to the right beneficiaries.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has contributed 1 billion VND (38,000) to help communities in central and Central Highlands provinces recover from severe flooding, following calls from the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Central Committee. The donation, raised from ministry officials and staff, will be transferred in full to the committee for distribution.
At a fundraising event on November 24, Minister Do Thanh Binh highlighted the scale of the disaster, noting that days of intense rain and flooding had caused heavy loss of life and extensive damage. According to the Department of Dyke Management and Disaster Prevention, 102 people have been reported dead or missing, while initial economic losses exceed 13 trillion VND, with Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa among the worst-affected localities.
The Minister stressed that the Politburo, Secretariat and Government had issued urgent directives to ensure public safety and accelerate recovery efforts. Five high-level working groups have been dispatched to inspect affected areas, while Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired two emergency online meetings with provincial leaders during his overseas trip.
