The exhibition displays photos, documents and objects on the history and prominent and comprehensive achievements of Da Lak Province in various fields from culture, society, education and health to economics and infrastructure.

Notably, a collection of drill bits, which were excavated at the Thac Hai archaeological site in Ia Jloi Commune, Ea Sup District, is also being introduced to the public. The collection was recognised as a national treasure in 2023.

Speaking at the opening ceremony on November 22, Nguyen Tuan Ha, Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, shared that over the 120-year journey full of difficulties and challenges, Dak Lak Province has risen from a poor land to one of the fairly developed provinces in the Central Highlands region.

The exhibition provides an opportunity to review the historical traditions and achievements of the province, while helping to educate the younger generation about the rich and unique culture of their homeland, thereby encouraging their participation in preserving and promoting their ancestors’ traditions.

The exhibition will run until the end of 2024 at Dak Lak Provincial Museum.
